Smashing Magazine - Wallpaper Feature
Have a gander at one of my latest graphics work - which was featured in last September's Smashing Magazine Website! Here's the link to the article (It's the 12th one down called Surrealism - Phantasmalogical) : Click Here to goto Smashing's Site . You can even download the Wallpaper to a screen size of your choice...
Strawberry Events
A new up and coming events organisation based int he North West. they wanted a swanky nightclub event feel to the site. This version is the initial draft mock up focusing on the colour and general mood the site needed to generate. More to come from these chaps!
Tonrose
Bit of a crazy but brilliant idea for a swanky textiles company. The main home page is currently in development utilising the jquery widget's - I've built it all and coded it up ready but it's still in de development at the moment. This is a snapshot of the sub page layout which uses the jquery slider for the main navigation - in essence this is the real site.
The Fragrance Company
Tasty little ecom site developed a Forte by the elite crew - Paul, Vince and Me... It's actually not live anymore (client opted for a cheaper one!) but was a great concept that just worked. Very female orientated I also did the branding and logo design.
Industrial Superstore
Nice little site design that compliments their online shop. Clean but with a grunge edge... which Im rather a big fan of at the moment. I like the colours too mmm brown...
DCM
Cool company that design all sorts of sports and play areas. Strong branding that was a joy to replicate throughout the site with some nice and simple flash animation. The site is still in development so more to follow to be sure.
Promatic
UK and USA based company. These guys supply just about anyone thats into clay pigeon shooting and more. Loads of content for this site. Lots of backend work too with a full on CMS system + Members Area and online product videos. I wanted to keep it youthful and vibrant and pretty inyour-face so I researched more American based stuff and I think it paid off. Still in development at the moment...
Organic for Men
Designed this a few weeks ago trying out the apple-ish styled product nav slider thingy - The client digs it so should be a complex but simple functioning shopping site when we're done. I also did the company branding for this one, mainly the logo design so far so more to come soon.

Greenhalghs
Pretty new design this one and still being developed at the moment along with their marketing team. All done in photoshop. Blending quite a few trends that are about at the moment - There will be more to come...
Pasha Associates
A leading Consultancy based in Manchester. Tasty graphics to work from for the design which kept inline with their branding with some powerful stock imagery and simple but efective flash.

Gabbotts Direct
Quite a well known business up here in the North West - You want meat - They got loads of it! I kept this quite simple and minimal, rather than go down a dirty raw meaty look I gave it a clean, fresh feel, just like the meat (hopefully!?) The main purpose was for people to buy meat packs through the site. I believe they got that much business at one point they had to take it down ! Another happy client...

Modern Weddings
A large company that caters for all the wedding plans you can think of. Nice to work decent images for this design. Added a touch of the floral element as flowers are a big thing in weddings. Kept the colour scheme nice and bright - think I got inspiration from colourlovers. The main site is mainly a large gallery's showing off what they do best.

Databax
North West company part of the Bathgate Group. They wanted a very modern techno site - which I'm pretty sure I've delivered. Lots of back end stuff on this one as you'd probably guess from a data management company.

MP Deborah Dunleavy
My first site for an MP. I'm that political myself but this is an example of nice corporate clean site. Similar colour scheme to some other designs but i love those colour's - the aesthetics are bloody marvelous!

Forte Trinity
This was a collectively built site by the team at forte. I sorted the main design out and flash entry animation and most of the content layout and styling - Vince coded the bugger and Ash brought it alive with some monkey work from Andy and KT. All in all if you can have everything going on in a site - this is it!

Swarbricks
A swanky Fashion House specialising in wedding and evening wear for men. The focus was on the imagery. They had a photographer in for the job which really made the site stand out with that touch of class. All done in photoshop with the live site running off an asp database (built by The Vincey Code)

Glasslines
Company based in Liverpool who distribute mainly glasses to bars and clubs. The theory was beer belongs in a glass so lets take the H20 approach to create a soothing themed site. I wont lie it's a generic stock image of the water but played about with in photoshop. I think i did this about 2 years ago so times have moved on but this is still an imposing little number.
Dragonfly
Manchester based Interior Design House. Great client to work with as they were already great designers themselves. They had a strong branding to work from which made it a pleasure to design. I also built this one up and content styled throughout. Cool and minimal...

2advanced eat your heart out !
This is an experimental motion graphics showreel I built about a 2 years ago. I shot the video and laid the basis of the structure in Final Cut then popped into Flash to add the animations. Also added some 3D work in there. It was inspired by 2advanced... all that woooshy fast fx that they execute rather well, I thought if they can do why can't I do it. Enjoy!

Zen
Feeling all tranquil one day I thought I'd have a play around with some art brushes in Photoshop and came up with this Zen Garden.
N.O.D.06.78
A little taster of some CD graphic work I did for a very good friend of mine a few months back. All done in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Module 6
Architectural experiments - When i pretty much first purchased my nikon camera I went through a phase of taking images of buildings... the bigger the better. This was an early experiment but I still like the perception.
Abstract Tokyo
This was an exhibition work for a night called Abstract Earth. The theme was future abstract shapes and forms and was held at the Dry Bar in 2006. I used photoshop and illustrator to create the design with all images taken with my trusty nikon.
Advanced Level
Bit of a 3D twist on this little number using cinema 4d then styled in photoshop. Wasn't really for anything, I was just playing around on a futuristic theme... I think I watch too much Star Wars!
Stalker
This is an interesting grungy design. It was a rare sunny day in Manchester so I went out and about taking some pictures around the city and was feeling very urban that day so when I downloaded the images I then started ripping them apart and created the stalker design - Not really sure where stalker came from... Could of been a tune my brother was making in his studio, called stalker, and it was just stuck in head that day...
Warped
Inspired by the weird and wonderful sounds of Warp Records. Minimal big blobs - you can't fault 'em! I used one of those fisheye lenses to get the mad warped look on the sky... the blob was originally a building shot but it just had warp written all over it.
